Worldwide ERC‘s 2016 Global Work Symposium took place on October 5th through the 7th in Washington, DC. ARC had a chance to network and share ideas with other leaders in global workforce mobility. GWS is the largest gathering of global mobility professionals in the United States.
The conference opened up with a very inspiring session from Not Impossible Labs CEO Mick Ebeling. His company is a multiple-award-winning social innovation lab and production company whose mission is to develop creative solutions to real-world problems.
On Thursday ARC Director, Bill Mulholland, was invited to be a speaker at a session titled, “If You Build it, Will They Come?” – How to Manage and Build a Successful Supply Chain. Building a successful supply chain from a corporate and outsourcing perspective has many differences from a service provider perspective, but is also similar in many respects. Bill, along with Anthony Anaya from Novo Nordisk Inc. and Jack Jampel from Stryker, discussed how to go about being different.
Another highlight of the conference was being able to tour the White House with other industry colleagues.
