ARC is a fast-growing company! As such we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy sales team. This role involves corporate sales and is entry to mid-level, with room to advance as the company continues to grow. Job Summary:

The position will have a variety of business development related job duties associated with sales and marketing.

Job Duties:
  • Presentation/Public Speaking
  • RFP / Professional Writing
  • Pipeline Management Evaluation & Negotiation Skillset
  • Motivation – Strong desire to succeed and grow
  • Identify and Anticipate Prospect Needs
  • Create Customized Sales Proposals/Presentations
  • Conduct telephone and in-person meetings with key managers and senior-level executives for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements and Experience Guidelines:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred.
  • Business-to- business sales experience preferred
  • Experience with selling to the Federal Government and knowledge of GSA contracting
  • Customer service ethic with demonstrated social and interpersonal skills illustrated by the ability to interact in a team setting, or with counterparts.
  • Organization is a must!
