ARC is currently growing! We are looking for an Expense Management Assistant to join our Accounting team. While this role is entry to mid-level, there is room to advance as the company continues to grow. If you have a positive attitude and work well with others we would like to hear from you!
This is an entry level position on the accounting team. The position will have a variety of accounting related job duties associated with business operation and financial reporting.
Data entry of accounts receivable invoices
Recording deposits made to multiple bank accounts
Review daily accounts payable transactions
Reconciliation of multiple bank statements
Reconciliation of credit card statements/collection of receipts
Running various monthly reports
Various other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements and Experience Guidelines:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
1-2 years relevant work experience (relevant course work may be substituted).
Customer service ethic with demonstrated social and interpersonal skills illustrated by the ability to interact in a team setting, or with counterparts.
Must be very detail oriented.
