Here’s how the ARC Realtor Rebate program works:

Find a participating agent

To take advantage of the ARC Realtor Rebate, you’ll need to find an approved real estate agent who works with the program. Luckily, we have a huge realtor network so you can use almost any realtor you want.

Register for the program

You’ll follow this link here that will take you to the quick and simple form that you’ll have to fill out.

Complete your transaction

Work with your ARC-affiliated agent to buy or sell your property. The agent will guide you through the process, providing their expertise and assistance throughout the transaction.

Receive your rebate

After closing on your property, you’ll receive a cash rebate based on a percentage of your agent’s earned commission. The exact rebate amount will depend on the terms of the program and the purchase or sale price of your property. Generally, the higher the transaction value, the larger your rebate. We work to get you your rebate FAST.
