Each year the National Institute of Health ranks “life’s most stressful events.” Each year “relocation” consistently ranks 3rd just behind death and divorce. A relocation can be even more stressful to the smallest members of the family – the kids!

In an effort to reduce stress ARC had created a series of resources to allow kids to “take part” in the relocation process rather than feel they have no control or say in the relocation process!
