The Gala and Awards Ceremony is a black tie optional dinner in the legendary Condado Vanderbilt Patio del Fauno Ballroom. Celebrate with us as we honor the relocation industry’s top providers and many of the charities that support Puerto Rico. Guest entertainment will be featured throughout the evening creating a most memorable night. The gala will also help raise funds to assist current and future hurricane relief efforts for the island.

Since its formation in 2004, ARC has shown commitment to being a good corporate partner, and playing an active role throughout the relocation community. One of the primary ways we do this is through our industry-leading, one-of-a-kind, “Transforming Perspective” conventions.
These invite-only conventions draw relocation industry leaders and specialists from across the globe, who come together to share best practices, learn from expert panels, network, and recognize achievements and accomplishments.
Instruction and Seminars
Our seminars focus on world-class technologies, best practices, and are led by entrepreneurs and motivational speakers from all parts of the world. We cover important relocation challenges, solutions and emerging new trends and resources.
Past conferences have included instruction and seminars on: avoiding cyber fraud and crimes within the relocation industry, understanding the blockchain and other opportunities and challenges with emerging technologies, attaining top 5% customer service within relocation, and more.
Excursions
We also take time to get to know each other and enjoy some marquis experiences near our Puerto Rican headquarters. Past conferences have included excursions such as: touring the Bacardi factory, tours of historic Old San Juan, oceanfront yoga, black tie galas, and more.
Excursions are fun and optional, but they truly do round out the convention experience. They provide a relaxed backdrop for all of us to get to really know the people that we work with on a deeper level, and help to create lasting memories.
